The Executive Board oversees Senate, meets regularly with administrators, and plans the structure of meetings.

President

The President sets the agenda and chairs each Executive Board & Senate meeting. They meet regularly with administrators, including President Monaco, and serve as the main point of contact between the Tufts administration and students.

 Office hours: Thursdays 12-1PM in CC215.

Vice president

The Vice President chairs the General Board, composed of committee chairs, and attends meetings with administrators with the President. They also facilitate committee work and oversee student-faculty committee placements.

treasurer

The Treasurer chairs the Allocations Board and oversees the Treasury. They hold office hours every weekday to assist TCU-recognized groups. The Treasurer is not allowed to express opinions on supplementary funding requests.

Office hours: Monday & Wednesday 12:00-1:00PM, Tuesday & Thursday 4:00-5:00PM, and Friday 1:00-2:00PM in CC215.

historian

The Historian oversees attendance and takes minutes at weekly Senate meetings. In addition, the Historian is charged with tracking the progress of projects and providing support for new senators.

parliamentarian

The Parliamentarian oversees resolution writing, chairs the Rules Committee, and facilitates debate. The TCU Constitution forbids the Parliamentarian from having an opinion on issues debated by the Senate.

diversity officer

The Diversity Officer chairs the Community & Diversity Committee comprised of representatives from the Group of Six Centers and other communities. The Diversity Officer advocates for more inclusive opportunities and support for underrepresented students on campus.
